Location, actors, makeup, and logistics costs are additional and payable by the client.
Raw Brand Assets, Product Information, Photos & Videos to be Provided by Client Wherever Required
If an additional shoot day is needed as per the demand of the script, Additional Monkey Studios Fee of ₹2 Lakh + GST would be applicable per day.
Any Additional Requirements Beyond the Defined Scope Shall Be Charged Separately

All reimbursement expenses such as anchor/actor fees, logistics, and other associated costs will be payable in advance after client approval and before the shoot.
Estimated Additional Costs for Location, Actors, Makeup, Logistics, AI Credits: ₹4 Lakh + GST for given shoot.
This estimate will vary if number of additional actors / locations are required as per the demand of the scripts.
Estimated Additional Costs for Advanced Sound Engineering & Enhanced Color Grading for a cinematic audio & visual experience: ₹1 Lakh + GST
Additional Cost, Payable by client
Recommendation: For a better premiere experience, we recommend Rajhans Precia as the venue.
Tentative venue cost: ₹1,00,000–₹1,50,000 for approximately 350 guests. Final pricing may vary depending on the venue, date, and commercial terms.
Note: Products (if applicable) to be provided by client at the shoot location along with their support staff for sorting and logistics.

Pricing

Monkey Studios ₹6,00,000 + GST

Additional Costs (Estimated) ₹6,50,000 + GST

Execution Timeline: 30-45 Days after the Kick-off Meeting is Done
Advance payment will be non-refundable after 7 days from the Kick-off Meeting.
To ensure timely project delivery and smooth workflow, we request that all client approvals, arranging of products, required data and feedback be provided within 1-2 working days upon receipt of deliverables or draft submissions.
Any delays in client approvals or responses may result in a corresponding extension of the project timeline.
Additionally, significant delays may necessitate an adjustment in project costs to accommodate extended resources and time.
We appreciate your cooperation to help us maintain the highest quality and efficiency in our services.

Monkey Studios maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid under this engagement for Monkey Studios.
Monkey Studios is not liable for business decisions made by the client based on recommendations.
Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
